Royal Shih Tzu – Puppy Purchase Agreement

What We Ask of Our Puppy Families

  • Fees: You agree to cover the full purchase price along with any applicable shipping or delivery costs.
  • Safety First: Your Shih Tzu puppy must always be supervised when outside — no unattended yard time, ever.
  • Loving Care: You'll provide a caring home environment: nutritious food, fresh water, cozy shelter, regular vet visits, and plenty of affection.
  • Temperament Note: While we stand behind our puppies' dispositions at the time they leave us, Royal Shih Tzu cannot be held liable for any incidents or harm the dog may cause once in your care.
  • Wellness Check-Ins: We may reach out periodically just to see how you and your new companion are doing.

Our Promise to You

  • Health & Papers: Every puppy leaves us in confirmed good health, along with the paperwork needed to complete AKC registration through your local kennel club.
  • Personality Guarantee: Each puppy is evaluated and confirmed to have a sweet, sound temperament prior to going home with you.
  • Medical History: You'll receive complete documentation of vaccinations and deworming treatments administered.

First Vet Visit & Refund Terms

  • Please schedule a checkup with a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of bringing your puppy home.
  • Should the vet identify a health condition traceable to us as the breeder, you're entitled to a complete refund upon return of the puppy — and we'll handle the return shipping costs.

If Circumstances Change

  • Right of First Refusal: Should you ever be unable to keep your Shih Tzu, please contact Royal Shih Tzu first — we'll gladly take the puppy back and help find it a loving new home.
  • Satisfaction Guarantee: Within your first 30 days together, if things simply aren't working out or bonding proves difficult, we offer a full refund.
  • Ownership Transfers: Any rehoming or transfer of the puppy to a new owner requires prior approval from Royal Shih Tzu.
  • Off-Limits Placements: Under no circumstances may the puppy be sold, traded, or surrendered to pet stores, labs, shelters, or similar organizations.
